Why The Summit

The next generation of leaders is already sitting in your youth group.

Most of them just have not been handed anything real yet. The Summit changes that. For three days we pull aside the students who already show the markings of a leader, and we put weight on them. We teach them to study Scripture, to serve, to lead worship, and to carry a calling. Then we send them home ready to go to work in their own churches.

"Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity." 1 Timothy 4:12

Who It's For

The student you already have your eye on.

This is not a general youth retreat. It is for the 13 to 18 year old who keeps showing up, keeps serving, and keeps stepping forward. Pastors and youth leaders, you know exactly who we mean. Send that student here.

  • Shows up early and stays late
  • Other students follow their lead

Pastors & Youth Leaders

This is your investment, not just theirs.

The students you pour into here come home equipped to lead in your church. You are not sending them away for a weekend. You are sending them back stronger. Identify your leaders, claim their spots before the 35 fill, and come alongside them as a chaperone if you can.

Common Questions

Before you register

What exactly does the $125 cover?
Two nights of lodging, every meal from the Friday cookout through Sunday lunch, all leadership training and breakout sessions, a Summit t-shirt, a gift bag, and all materials. Students do not need extra money for the weekend.
Who should attend?
Students ages 13 to 18 who show leadership potential in their local churches. If a pastor or youth leader sees a young leader in the making, this weekend is built for them.
Is space really limited?
Yes. The Summit is capped at 35 students. We keep it small on purpose so every student gets real attention. When the spots are gone, they are gone. The live count at the top of this page shows what is left.
Can adults come too?
Yes. Chaperones attend for $35 each. Pastors, youth leaders, and approved adults are encouraged to come and lead alongside their students. The registration form has a separate track for adults.
Where do students stay?
Students stay at Central Georgia Campground. They pick their own rooms this year, with boys and girls kept separate, and chaperones oversee the rooms and provide supervision the whole weekend.
What about phones, allergies, and dietary needs?
There is no strict phone rule, though there are set times students stay in their dorms. For any allergy or dietary need, email anthony@chchurch.com as soon as you register so we can plan for it.
We want to register several students at once. How does that work?
Easy. On the form, enter how many students and chaperones you are bringing, add each person's name, mobile number, and email, and pay in one step to reserve their spots. Each attendee then gets a short personal form by text and email to fill out themselves. You never have to answer spiritual or personal questions on a student's behalf.
What is the refund policy?
All fees are non-refundable. The Summit is a personalized experience built around each registered student, so we are unable to refund any registration once it is made.

Registration never covers what the Summit costs. It runs about $250 to host one student, and we charge $125 on purpose so money is never the reason a called student stays home. Meals alone were about $3,500 last year, and adults pay only for their room. Your gift covers the difference. It puts a student in the room who could not get here on their own.
