The mission
starts at home.
Mission USA serves the churches, ministers, and leaders of the Congregational Holiness Church. We plant and strengthen churches, train leaders, fuel evangelism, and put strong resources in the hands of pastors across the nation.
Grow churches.
Equip leaders.
Mission USA is the home missions department of the Congregational Holiness Church. We help local churches grow healthy, plant new churches where the gospel is needed, train and credential leaders, and resource pastors for the work.
From a first service in a living room to a fiftieth anniversary, we walk with churches at every stage. The mission field is not across an ocean. It is the street, the city, and the state right where we live.
Meet the Administrator.
Mission USA is led by Rev. Anthony Baumann, who serves as Administrator from 2025 to 2029. He guides the department's work of strengthening local churches, training and credentialing leaders, and carrying the gospel across the nation through the Congregational Holiness Church.
Five areas.
One mission.
Everything Mission USA carries falls into five areas of responsibility. Each one exists to strengthen the local church.
Home Missions
We help plant new churches and strengthen existing ones, coming alongside pastors with support, strategy, and encouragement at every stage.
Evangelism
We equip churches to reach their communities with the gospel, from local outreach to national efforts that move the church outward.
Christian Education
We train and develop leaders through courses, credentialing, and leadership programs that prepare ministers for faithful, effective service.
Publishing
We produce the books, curriculum, and study material that carry sound doctrine and practical ministry tools into local churches.
Administration
We steward the people, processes, and resources that keep the mission organized, accountable, and moving forward.
Tools that strengthen the local church.
Practical help for pastors and leaders, ready to use.
Where the church gathers.
Moments to learn, connect, and be sent out renewed.
Every church is a story.
Behind every number is a congregation that started small, a pastor who said yes, and a community that found hope. Mission USA exists to make more of those stories possible.
When you support the mission, you are not funding a department. You are helping a church open its doors, a leader answer the call, and a neighborhood hear the gospel.
Give first.
Reach America.
The work of Mission USA is funded by churches and partners who believe in reaching the nation through the local church. Your giving and ongoing partnership plant churches, train leaders, and resource ministry where it is needed most.
